"The two biggest complaints that I hear from individuals that have dealt with attorneys in the past, are that they did not receive (timely) return phone calls and/or that the attorney seemed like he/she couldn't be bothered to explain things. That is not me and not at all how I practice law. I treat each client as an individual, with individual needs. I do my best to return calls same day and explain everything my client needs to know until he/she has a full understanding of what is going on."

Stephanie’s practical legal experience began in 1994. While in college, she worked at a small personal injury law firm and was also a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the State of Rhode Island. During law school, Stephanie was active in the Roger Williams University Family Law Clinic in Providence, where she handled divorce and domestic matters as a Rule 9 Student Attorney.

Stephanie began her professional legal career in 1998 as an associate at an insurance defense firm. It became almost immediately clear to her that she wanted to be on the other side- representing individuals and not companies. In 1999, she pursued that desire.  For 17 years, Stephanie was a partner in the law office of DiSarro-Anderson & Reilly, LLP and co-owner of Preferred Closing & Title Services, LLC. In 2018, her law partner retired and DiSarro-Anderson Law Offices was opened. When not handling real estate closings, Stephanie focuses her legal practice on assisting individuals to prevent foreclosure with short sales and loan modifications. Stephanie also handles personal injury, estate planning, probate, and civil litigation matters.

A 1995 cum laude graduate of Rhode Island College, Stephanie completed her four year BA program with a major in Political Science and minor in Justice Studies, in an accelerated three years. She then attended and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 1998. Stephanie also studied alternative dispute resolution (arbitration/mediation) at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.

Stephanie is admitted to practice in all Courts in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Busy schedule permitting, Stephanie has trained in martial arts and kickboxing with her two boys and is a first degree blackbelt. She enjoys attending her children's sports events, cruising and vacationing with her friends and family.
