Our office treats every transaction and client personally and we will devote our time and knowledge to performing title and closing services in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost to you. If you are buying, selling or refinancing, we will make it as easy as possible and provide you with the smoothest transaction possible. It is our pleasure to assist you with title search, closing services, deed preparation, document review and title insurance, as well as a full range of other real estate services.
 
We do our best to coordinate all schedules and are pleased to conduct your closing in our offices or at any other location that is convenient for the parties. We offer early morning closings and after hour closings.

Buyers

Let us assist you with the purchase of your property. We offer a wide range of services to protect your interests from offer through closing. As a courtesy to our clients, we will review the purchase and sales agreement AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. For those buyers without a realtor, we can assist you with the preparation of a purchase and sale agreement and any other documents you may need. Alternatively, should you wish to use a realtor to assist you and do not have one, we will be more than happy to recommend someone that we are familiar with and deal with in the field.
 
We will also assist your bank/lender by providing a timely title examination and preparation of closing documents. If you are not working with a lender but would like to, we will be more than happy to provide you with a list of lenders that we are familiar with to assist you.

Sellers

We are here to help you convey your real estate. For those sellers who choose not to employ a real estate broker, we can assist you with the preparation of a purchase and sales agreement and other necessary documents to sell your property.  We will also prepare your deed to convey the property to the buyer(s), obtain any payoffs or mortgage discharges and releases, apply for any exemptions from real estate tax withholding, prepare your residency affidavits and assist you with and prepare any other necessary documents for you to close. If you are to provide financing for the buyer in the transaction, we will prepare the promissory note and mortgage necessary to protect your interest. It is our pleasure to give you all the assistance you need as a seller to complete the transaction in a timely manner.
